Patient Billing
For your convenience, we accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Extended payment arrangements can be made through CareCredit upon credit approval. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. As a courtesy, our office will help you file your dental services for benefits. It is important that our patients understand that any deductible and/or estimated co-payments are due the day the services are rendered.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Your signature on the treatment consent form at the time of treatment denotes your agreement of our financial policy.
